Among this year’s awardees is Tiffany Brown, Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, who leads CFO Services within the firm’s Corporate Performance Improvement practice and works with Fortune 1000 clients in CPG and retail to drive finance transformation and implement AI-enabled solutions. Also recognized is Alexander Belderok, Senior Partner at Roland Berger, who leads the Global Consumer Platform and advises companies across the consumer goods and retail sectors on strategy, performance improvement, and business model innovation. Lastly, Aviva Tropp, Partner at Prophet, helps clients achieve brand-led growth and customer transformation, leveraging her consulting expertise and prior experience at General Mills and American Express.

1. Rachel Rosenblatt

Title: Senior Managing Director

Rachel Rosenblatt is a Senior Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment of FTI Consulting and Head of the Americas Retail & Consumer Products sector. Ms. Rosenblatt specializes in reputation management, crisis communications, corporate positioning, and communications training.

Ms. Rosenblatt has more than 20 years of experience providing strategic communications counsel, media relations, media training, presentation coaching, crisis management, corporate communications, and public relations expertise to her clients. She works with some of the world’s most recognizable companies in the retail and consumer space to help them tell their stories more effectively, often in times of crisis or transformation.

She has specific expertise in developing and executing multidisciplinary communications campaigns to impact multiple stakeholder groups. Additionally, Ms. Rosenblatt works with companies through all phases of their life cycles, from IPOs to building and molding reputation, managing moments of crisis or change, and supporting through litigation, bankruptcies, or restructurings.

Ms. Rosenblatt is also a founding member of the firm’s Communications Training team and has designed and implemented media, presentation, and investor relations training programs for multinational companies that have been executed around the world. As one of the firm’s senior trainers, she regularly coaches top executives in advance of media interviews, investor and analyst meetings, IPOs, and major presentations.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2005, Ms. Rosenblatt was a Director at Westhill Partners, a boutique consulting firm specializing in communications strategy. She is a member of the Belizean Grove, a global group of female leaders, and is an active member of the Lenox Hill Hospital Auxiliary and chair of its communications committee. Ms. Rosenblatt graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.


2. Stephen Rogers

Title: Managing Director

Stephen Rogers is the Managing Director of Deloitte's Consumer Industry Center, Deloitte Services LP. He leads a team that conducts research to uncover new ways of thinking, working, and leading within the consumer industry through data and evidence-driven analysis.

With more than 20 years of experience in consulting and high tech, Rogers is especially interested in the intersection of technology, consumers, and business. He is focused on how industry leaders can deliver better results and the strategies organizations use to adapt to accelerating change.

Previously, Rogers was vice president of market insights at IBM and a senior managing strategy consultant at PwC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from DePauw University, an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School, and a master’s degree in development economics and international development from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.


3. Becca Coggins
Firm: McKinsey & Company
Title: Senior Partner

Becca Coggins is a Senior Partner based in McKinsey’s Chicago office, where she leads the firm’s global work in the retail and consumer goods industries. Coggins has extensive experience in driving performance transformations, including strategy, pricing and promotions, assortment, multichannel experience, and operations.


4. Frank Petraglia

Title: Partner

Frank Petraglia is a Partner at KPMG, where he leads the Deal Advisory and Strategy team, focused on serving clients within the consumer and retail sector. KPMG is a global organization of independent professional services firms providing audit, tax, and advisory services.

Petraglia’s technical expertise is focused on transaction support, which he developed throughout his over 30 years of Big 4 experience. While he brings a specific focus on carve-out divestitures, his experience spans buy-side and sell-side, private equity, and corporate, with transaction values ranging from $50 million to $20 billion. Previously, Petraglia was an executive director of transaction advisory services at Ernst & Young. He graduated from ​​the University at Albany with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.


5. Kelly Pedersen
Firm: PwC
Title: Partner

Kelly Pedersen is a Partner and Global Retail Leader at PwC. Pedersen leads strategic initiatives with apparel and retail companies that are focused on growth and operational effectiveness. He has worked with organizations to develop new merchandising and product strategies, implement large-scale customer experience initiatives, plan their business more effectively, and better engage with their employees.


6. Lori Zumwinkle
Firm: Accenture
Title: Senior Managing Director

Lori Zumwinkle is a Senior Managing Director at Accenture and leads the firm’s North America Retail Practice, where she focuses on digital transformation across retail operations, merchandising, marketing, organizational change, and customer and employee experience.


7. Sirko Siemssen

Title: Partner and Global Practice Leader, Retail and Consumer Goods

Sirko Siemssen is a Partner at Oliver Wyman, where he has worked since 1999. He oversees consulting projects for retail and consumer goods clients and leads the global team serving this sector. With over 20 years of consultancy experience, Siemssen has focused on translating business strategies and ideas into demonstrable results.


8. Tiffany Brown

Tiffany Brown is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Performance Improvement (CPI) practice in Atlanta. She is the North America Solution Leader for CPI’s CFO Services practice, where she partners with Fortune 1000 companies to architect and execute transformational initiatives that fuel growth, right-size costs, and create high-performing organizations.

With over 20 years of experience as a trusted advisor and delivery partner to the C-suite, Brown works closely with clients across the consumer packaged goods, retail, financial services, telecommunication, high tech, and resources sectors to develop solutions focused on finance strategy and transformation, reporting and analytics, enterprise data management, finance organization design, digital finance technologies (AI, RPA), and process optimization.

Prior to joining A&M, Brown spent more than 21 years with Accenture, serving in leadership roles, including South Enterprise Performance Management Growth and Strategy leader, North America CFO and EV Services leader for the Retail Industry group, and strategy lead for inclusion and diversity in North America.

Brown holds a BBA in accounting from Widener University and an MBA from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. She was a board member for the National Center for Civil and Human Rights and has presented at industry conferences and on webinars for Gartner, FEI, and CFO Roundtable. She has published on CFO-agenda topics and diversity in finance.


9. Morgan Seybert
Firm: Tredence
Title: President and Chief Business Officer, Retail

Morgan Seybert is the President and Chief Business Officer, Retail at Tredence. He works with eight of the top ten global retailers and CPG companies to shape their data and AI strategies. Seybert leads the Retail P&L and oversees growth initiatives across the company’s verticals, including generative AI, data and AI modernization, and cloud transformations. He has advised over 65% of Fortune 500 FMCG retailers and manufacturers on data and analytics.

Prior to Tredence, Seybert served as the managing director and chief product officer at Nielsen, where he was responsible for setting the company product direction and leading a global team of data scientists in delivering advanced analytics to Nielsen clients. At Coca-Cola, Seybert led the trade strategy and category management team to improve Coca-Cola’s trade promotion ROI and retailer partnerships. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Williams College.


10. Wilhelm Lerner
Firm: Arthur D. Little
Title: Partner, Head, Strategy & Organization Practice

Wilhelm Lerner is a Partner in Arthur D. Little’s Frankfurt office. His work focuses on strategy and organization development as well as marketing, customer, and sales excellence to accelerate growth and transformation on a corporate and business-unit level. Lerner heads both the Strategy and Organization and Consumer Goods and Retail practices in Central Europe.


11. Alexander Belderok

Alexander Belderok is a Senior Partner at Roland Berger, where he leads the Global Consumer Platform. He focuses on strengthening the competitive position of companies in the consumer goods, retail, food and beverage, agribusiness, and food ingredients industries. He has specific functional expertise in business and corporate strategy development, performance improvement, organization restructuring, innovation, and complexity management.

Alexander has five years of industry experience in the flavor and fragrance industry and over twenty years of consulting experience. He began his career at Unilever and has worked at Roland Berger since 2006.

Alexander has worked extensively in strategy development, performance improvement, business model innovation, and value chain restructuring. He has published articles and frequently speaks at industry events and academic institutions on topics such as food, animal nutrition, innovation, globalization, and operations.

In addition to his role at Roland Berger, Alexander served as Chairman of Protix for five years and is currently Chairman of Nutrileads, a company focused on developing immune-support ingredients.

Alexander holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and business administration from the University of Twente. He also completed programs in business-to-business marketing at IMD and the Advanced Management Program (AMP196) at Harvard Business School.


12. Aviva Tropp

Title: Partner

Aviva Tropp is a Partner in Prophet’s New York office. She focuses on helping clients grow through customer and brand-led transformation. With expertise in healthcare, consumer packaged goods, financial services, retail, and hospitality, Tropp has worked with industry-leading brands, including Mayo Clinic, BD, Keurig Green Mountain, MetLife, Capital One, PNC, CVS, and Hyatt.

Prior to joining Prophet, Tropp worked on the client side. She handled marketing and travel innovation at American Express and ran P&L as a brand manager at General Mills. She holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Columbia University and an MBA in marketing from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.


13. Sudhakar Gudala

Sudhakar Gudala heads Tata Consultancy Services’ (TCS) Consumer Packaged Goods and Distribution business unit. From strategic revenue management and supply chain management to hyper-personalization and new business models, he partners with leading consumer brands to build resilient and agile value chains.

With 30 years of industry experience, he has led the growth of TCS’ Consumer Packaged Goods and Distribution unit, which now works with seven of the world’s top ten CPG brands. He has overseen the development of several digital platforms, including TCS RevenuePrime for revenue growth management, TCS Envirozone for sustainability and compliance, TCS Green and Connected Ecosystem solutions for supply chain transparency, TCS Agency Marketplace, and TCS Digitized Supply Chain Collaboration. These tools address evolving business needs across the CPG industry.

Gudala emphasizes continuous learning and prioritizes relationship-building, aiming to create impact not only through business results but also through meaningful collaboration with clients and teams.


14. PC Thomas
Firm: Tata Consultancy Services
Title: Vice President and Business Unit Head, Retail

PC Thomas is a Vice President and Business Head at Tata Consultancy Services, where he oversees the strategy and growth of a retail portfolio spanning the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. He leads teams across 11 countries and works with several of the region’s largest retailers.

With 25 years of experience, he has supported enterprise-scale transformations focused on strategy, innovation, corporate development, and digital initiatives aimed at improving revenue and profitability.

PC is known for combining problem-solving and business insight with a strong focus on empathy and continuous learning—an approach that has contributed to consistently high client satisfaction. 15. Farzad Mukhi
