Julie Sweet is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Accenture, a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance services.
Sweet became CEO in September 2019 and assumed the role of chair in September 2021. Previously, she served as CEO of Accenture's North American business, the company's largest geographic market. Before that, she was Accenture's general counsel, secretary, and chief compliance officer for five years. Prior to joining Accenture in 2010, Sweet was a partner at the law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore for 10 years.
Sweet serves on the Board of Trustees for the World Economic Forum, the Center for Strategic & International Studies, and the Marriott Foundation for People with Disabilities – Bridges from School to Work. She is also Board Co-Chair of the New York Jobs CEO Council and Welcome.US. Sweet holds a bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College and a JD from Columbia Law School.

2. Horacio Rozanski

Horacio holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

3. Nigel Vaz

4. Joseph Ucuzoglu

Joseph Ucuzoglu is the Deloitte Global Chief Executive Officer, leading the largest professional services organization in the world. With more than 460,000 professionals and over $67 billion in revenue, Deloitte serves a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies around the world.

5. Aiman Ezzat

Aiman Ezzat is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Capgemini SE, where he also serves as a member of the Strategy & CSR Committee. Ezzat has been CEO of Capgemini since 2020. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2020. In 2006, he was part of the team that managed the acquisition and integration of Kanbay, a global IT services firm focused on the Financial Services industry. Before joining Capgemini, Ezzat was Managing Director of International Operations at Headstrong, a global consultancy serving the Financial Services sector, from 2000 to 2004.
Ezzat holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from École Supérieure de Chimie Physique Electronique de Lyon in France and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. He has been a Director of Air Liquide since 2021.
6. Bill Thomas

Bhowmick holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor of technology in chemical engineering from IIT-BHU, India.
8. Bob Sternfels

Bob Sternfels is the Global Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company and chairs the firm's board of directors. 9. Brian Becker

In partnership with clients, Skon is responsible for pioneering the application of enterprise simulations for strategy execution. Prior to her role as Global CEO, she led and transformed BTS North America as President and CEO, headed BTS’s West region, and founded the BTS leadership practice.
Skon is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion and led initiatives to enhance gender equity and representation throughout the organization. In 2023 and 2024, she was recognized in the Consulting Report’s Top 50 Consulting Firm CEOs. Outside of her work at BTS, Skon is a published author and is involved in various philanthropic activities. She currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee on the board of trustees for Harvey Mudd College. Skon holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
12. Bryan Marsal

13. Seth Siegel

He is a licensed certified public accountant in Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

14. John Walsworth

John Walsworth is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of CSG Government Solutions, a firm that specializes in managing complex projects to modernize the information technology and organizational processes of government programs. Prior to founding CSG, Walsworth worked as a consultant for Andersen Consulting and Computer Sciences Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history and mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

15. Joseph Tarantino

Title: President and Chief Executive Officer
Joseph Tarantino has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Protiviti, a global consulting firm, since December 2007. He is responsible for the company’s worldwide operations, with a global executive team reporting to him. Tarantino has been with Protiviti since its inception in 2002. One of five founding members of the Protiviti Operating Committee, he served previously as managing director of the firm’s U.S. Northeast practice and led its global industry program. He has more than 40 years of experience working with organizations to enhance their business performance through risk management, operational effectiveness, and improved governance.
Tarantino attended St. John’s University, where he earned a bachelor’s in accounting and is currently a member of the university’s board of trustees and chair of the finance committee. In 2016, Tarantino and his wife, Eileen Tarantino, were awarded a Spirit of Service award by the university. A community leader, Tarantino serves on the board and audit and finance committees for Calvary Hospital in the Bronx. In 2023, he received the Calvary Medal from Calvary Hospital, presented to individuals whose life and work exemplify the ideas of integrity, excellence, compassion, and concern for the dignity of human life. In the same year, he was honored by Smile Farms for Protiviti’s commitment to combating food insecurity in the community.

16. Mark Hussey

Before joining Huron, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer at CrossCom National, and held various finance and accounting roles at Information Resources, Ezlinks Golf, Dominick’s Division of Safeway, Acme Metals, and The Quaker Oats Company. His diverse experience has positioned him to advance Huron’s strategic, growth-oriented vision.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Management Accountant, and Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.

17. Dimitrius Oliveira

Title: Chief Executive Officer
Dimitrius Oliveira is the Chief Executive Officer of Atento, a leading global customer relationship management (CRM) company. Oliveira was appointed CEO in 2022 after a successful tenure as Regional Director for South America and Brazil, where he drove Atento to market leadership in Brazil. Under his leadership, Atento became the dominant player in the Brazilian market, with more than double the market share of its closest competitor.
Oliveira has more than 30 years of experience in the technology and services sectors, with a strong track record in sales, after-sales, and operations. His leadership is characterized by a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and employee empowerment. Under his guidance, Atento has embraced startup collaborations, focusing on AI and automation, and has maintained ISO 56002 certification for four consecutive years.
In addition to driving innovation, Oliveira has led significant efforts in corporate social responsibility. He spearheaded Atento's ESG initiatives, resulting in a workforce with 65% female representation and substantial internal career development opportunities. Oliveira's commitment to sustainability is reflected in a 32.6% reduction in Atento's carbon footprint since 2020.
Notable achievements during Oliveira's tenure include navigating the pandemic with agility, implementing remote work for 70,000 employees in Brazil, and leading the restructuring of Atento's liabilities in 2023. His ability to manage crises, including a cyberattack, has further solidified his reputation as a leader capable of steering the company through complex challenges while continuing to drive growth and innovation.

18. Alberto Idone

Alberto Idone is the Chief Executive Officer of BIP, where he leads the firm’s global operations and strategic direction. He assumed the role in April 2024, overseeing the company’s continued expansion and focus on client success. Previously, Idone held the position of Managing Partner at BIP Italy, where he was instrumental in driving growth and establishing the firm’s presence in multiple countries, including the UK, Turkey, and the Middle East.

19. Kevin Lynch

Kevin Lynch is the Chief Executive Officer of Optiv Security, a leading cybersecurity firm. He serves on several boards, including Optiv’s Client Advisory Board, the Committee for Economic Development’s Technology and Innovation think tank, and the boards of Ten Eleven Ventures. Lynch is also a member of the Wall Street Journal’s CEO Council, Forbes Technology Council, and CNBC’s CEO Council. Under his leadership, Optiv has become the world’s largest convener of security technology companies, helping organizations navigate the increasingly complex cybersecurity landscape. Lynch has also worked to ensure that Optiv’s internal IT and security teams are equipped with the resources and expertise to protect company data and maintain strong client relationships.

20. Doug Wagoner

Doug Wagoner is the Chief Executive Officer of LMI, a company focused on driving mission-critical initiatives for the federal government. Under Doug's leadership, LMI has expanded its capabilities with the acquisition of Suntiva in 2021, strengthening its digital and workforce solutions while gaining new access to public health and defense sectors.

Before joining LMI in 2020, Doug served as sector president at SAIC, where he was responsible for operations and over 15,000 consultants and engineers. He has also held senior leadership positions at DSA and ChoicePoint (now LexisNexis) and began his career at EDS (now DXC Technology). Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from The College of William & Mary and an MBA from Virginia Tech.

21. Michael Dunn

23. Thomas Leidigh
