As the automotive sector navigates a wave of change—electrification, software-defined vehicles, shifting supply chains, and rising cost pressures—this year’s awardees are helping companies rethink how they design, build, and deliver. Their work spans operational transformation, dealership modernization, manufacturing strategy, technology integration, and financial restructuring, addressing the practical realities reshaping the industry.

Among this year’s awardees is Edzil Gonsalves, Managing Partner and Automotive Industry Advisor at Tata Consultancy Services, who has spent over 30 years helping global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers drive innovation across product development, manufacturing operations, and customer experience. Also honored is Sven Dharmani, Global Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility Supply Chain Leader at EY, who works with automotive and manufacturing clients around the world to implement Industry 4.0 technologies and transform supply chain strategies. Aditya Pathak, Vice President and Head of Automotive, Transportation, and Logistics at Cognizant, is also recognized for leading client transformations across software-defined vehicles, digital manufacturing, and customer experience modernization as the industry adapts to accelerating global competition.

1. Ruth Heuss
Firm: McKinsey & Company
Title: Senior Partner

Ruth Heuss is the Co-Leader of McKinsey & Company’s Operations practice globally and a Senior Partner in the firm's Berlin office. She advises clients on future mobility, decarbonization strategies, and product development for automotive OEMs and suppliers.



2. Anant Kamat
Firm: Accenture
Title: Managing Director

Anant Kamat is the North America Automotive and Mobility Sector Lead at Accenture, overseeing clients across OEM, auto retail, tolling, and transit segments. In addition, he leads Accenture’s North America team at one of the firm’s largest automotive clients.



3. Laura Marcero
Firm: Huron
Title: Managing Director 

Laura Marcero is a Managing Director at Huron Consulting with nearly 30 years of experience in complex business matters, including restructuring, transformational efforts, and M&A transactions across a wide array of industries. Her expertise spans automotive, consumer products, crypto/mining, retail franchising, travel & leisure, industrial manufacturing, metals, healthcare, transportation, pharmaceuticals, and higher education. Her influential work in the automotive supplier community helped lay the foundation for the U.S. government’s funding efforts in 2009.

Ms. Marcero's extensive restructuring and advisory experience includes serving as a financial advisor to a $600M publicly traded automotive aftermarket supplier and as Deputy Chief Restructuring Officer for Revstone Industries. She has held interim management roles in automotive suppliers, particularly in restructuring and operational optimization across multiple global regions. She has been instrumental in developing supply chain warning systems for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers and has worked on some of the largest restructuring matters in the automotive industry, including representing OEMs and suppliers like Venture/Peguform, Collins & Aikman, and Exide, where her role involved ensuring supply chain protection, negotiating accommodation agreements, and evaluating cashflow forecasts. 

Ms. Marcero is actively involved in several board roles and community service initiatives. She serves as a Board Director and Vice President at Supply Source Enterprises, an organization providing supply chain solutions, and has served as Independent Director for GetWell, a healthcare IT company. Ms. Marcero also served as the Chair of the Restructuring Committee at Carlson Wagonlit, a $2B travel management company, and was appointed by Governor Rick Snyder in 2014 to serve on the Michigan Board of Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery. Ms. Marcero holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. She also completed the Executive Women’s Board of Director Training at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan and a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor.


4. Sarah Noble
Firm: Deloitte UK
Title: Partner

Sarah Noble is a Partner within Deloitte’s Supply Chain Transformation practice, where she delivers large-scale operational improvement programs across the end-to-end value chain with a focus on profit, resilience, and sustainability. She leads the UK’s Automotive Consulting sector and is the founder of Women at the Wheel, a Deloitte initiative dedicated to promoting gender diversity within the automotive industry.


5. Jason Alexander
Firm: RSM US
Title: Principal

Jason Alexander is Principal at RSM US. In December 2024, he began a four-year term as a member of the RSM US LLP board of directors. The board focuses on the firm’s strategic objectives and continuously guides the firm in the tradition of quality, integrity, and client service excellence that has been the hallmark of the firm since its inception in 1926.

In August 2023, Jason was appointed Enterprise Leader for RSM’s North American Industrials practice, overseeing the manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and energy sectors across the firm’s consulting, tax, and audit service lines. He is responsible for setting and executing the firm's industrials strategy across the enterprise. Previously, in May 2021, he served as Sector Leader for the North American Manufacturing practice, where he led one of RSM’s largest sectors and directed the firm’s manufacturing strategy across all service lines.

Jason also serves clients in the manufacturing, automotive, and chemicals sectors and has more than 20 years of experience serving multinational clients with particular emphasis on SEC clients, Fortune 500, and middle market companies. Jason has previously advised clients in the areas of accounting, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, process design and improvement, internal audit, regulatory compliance, internal and external financial reporting, and information technology system implementation. 

In January 2018, Jason was selected as an analyst in RSM’s Industry Eminence Program, which positions its analysts to understand, predict, and communicate economic, business, and technology trends shaping the industries and sectors RSM serves. Jason is also a member of the firm’s Inclusion Council, serves as one of the executive sponsors of the AACE Employee Network Group, the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Greater Miami and previously served on the RSM US Foundation Board, as well as being RSM’s Southeast Region Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Leader.

Jason earned a master’s degree in taxation from Florida Atlantic University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Detroit Mercy.


6. David Carlson
Firm: Marsh McLennan
Title: Managing Director

David Carlson is a Managing Director at Marsh McLennan and serves as the U.S. Manufacturing and Automotive Industry practice leader. He utilizes his industry experience, including his background as a risk management professional, and his passion for delivering risk management solutions to provide a dynamic set of analytics, products, and services. 7. Edzil Gonsalves

Edzil Gonsalves is a Managing Partner and Automotive Industry Advisor at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Edzil comes with over three decades of experience across the manufacturing and automotive industry value chain in areas such as product development, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, customer experience management, and large program management. 

During his tenure with TCS, he has worked on multiple continents, partnered with leading global manufacturing organizations, and has successfully delivered large business-centric engagements for Global Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 corporations. Tata Consultancy Services is an IT services, consulting, and business solutions organization that has been partnering with many of the world’s largest businesses in their transformation journeys since its inception in 1968. 

Edzil has contributed to various thought leadership journals and authored multiple white papers on topics encompassing new product innovation, product lifecycle management, design to target cost, program management, circular economy, and sustainability. He has made multiple presentations at global industry forums, worked closely with prominent industry analysts, and conducted webinars, panel discussions, and innovation events. Edzil has been actively reviewing the global automotive mobility industry and nurturing technology-led business transformation for client organizations.


8. Matt Roe

Title: Senior Managing Director

Matt Roe is a Senior Managing Director at Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm. Working exclusively with the CEOs and senior executives of leading companies, Teneo provides strategic counsel across a full range of key objectives and issues.



9. Mark Kwilosz

Title: Managing Director

Mark Kwilosz is a Managing Director in the Duff & Phelps Opinions practice at Kroll, based in Chicago. He is also the Head of the firm’s Automotive Industry group and a member of the Fairness Opinion Review Committee.


10. Sven Dharmani

Sven Dharmani is the Global Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility Supply Chain Leader at EY. As an accomplished operations advisor, Dharmani helps clients adopt cutting-edge digital and Industry 4.0 capabilities, driving the transformation of their business operations. He brings a global perspective, having gained experience across North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa.

With over 20 years of international experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries, Dharmani has developed deep expertise in supply chain management and operational transformation.

Before joining EY, Dharmani was a senior manager at Capgemini and a senior consultant in supply chain management at PwC. He holds an MBA in operations and strategy from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Thapar University, India.


11. Pedro Correa

Title: Partner

Pedro Correa is the Head of Bain and Company’s Automotive and Mobility sector in the Americas. He is also a leader in the Strategy and Performance Improvement practice areas. With over 15 years of experience, Correa has advised clients across various industries, including automotive and mobility, airlines, aerospace and defense, and industrial services. His expertise spans strategy, cost reduction, and driving large-scale transformations.


12. Cindy Swiantek

Title: Partner

Cindy Swiantek is a Partner at Sofftek. Founded in 1982, Softtek started as a local IT service provider in Mexico and has since expanded globally, helping Global 2000 organizations build their digital capabilities. He has over 27 years of experience in consulting and is based in the London office. 16. Aditya Pathak

As a keen observer of the competition between the major automotive ecosystems across continents, he is helping his clients become more competitive and navigate the accelerating shifts in the global supply chain of automotive products and services.

In his prior roles, Pathak has led Cognizant’s manufacturing and logistics SBU for the U.S.-East region and has also served as a director and client partner for providers and alliances. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunications from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), an MBA from the Indian Institutes of Management, and executive education from Harvard University and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.


17. Jasmeet Singh

Title: EVP and Global Head of Manufacturing

Jasmeet Singh is the EVP and Global Head of Manufacturing at Infosys. He oversees client relationships across the automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing sectors, leading the business to double-digit growth and improved margins over the past two years.



18. Helena Jochberger
