Vince Zosa is a Managing Director at Stax’s Boston office, leading the firm’s Value Creation practice. With over 25 years of experience, he partners with private equity and corporate clients to drive profitable growth and operational excellence across industries such as industrials, B2B services, and technology. His deep sector expertise and focus on the private equity investment lifecycle enhance Stax’s ability to deliver high-impact strategies at the portfolio company level. Additionally, he has led strategic growth initiatives and operational transformations in financial services, high technology, and distribution, further expanding his breadth of expertise.

Vince joined Stax in 2022, bringing a strong track record in management consulting. Prior to Stax, he was a Partner at Treacy & Company, where he led the firm’s Industrials practice and spearheaded the launch of a data analytics start-up within its venture arm. While there, he also developed leading intellectual property in accelerating market adoption for new innovations, digital go-to-market strategies, and growth capability development. Additionally, he led value creation efforts for private equity-owned portfolio companies, helping drive measurable impact across investments.

Earlier in his career, Vince held strategic leadership roles at Bain & Company and PwC, where he honed his expertise in growth strategy, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
