Biography

Tristram Lupprian is a Senior Managing Director in Teneo’s Management Consulting Division and one of the leaders of the business’s Global Technology practice. He has extensive experience of strategic, transformational and transaction-led engagements for both public and private enterprise software businesses.

Over the last 10 years, Tristram has focused on helping technology and technology-enabled businesses manage major commercial, product, operational, pricing and profitability transitions. He has a particular focus on resolving the challenges involved in the successful delivery of cloud and AI solutions, addressing questions of market strategy, customer lifecycle development, revenue model evolution, and operating model change.

Tristram joined Teneo through the acquisition of a London-based strategy boutique, Credo in 2017.
