PC Thomas is a Vice President and Business Head at Tata Consultancy Services, overseeing the strategy and growth of a portfolio of some of the largest and most iconic retailers across the U.S., Canada and Latin America and leading thousands of associates across 11 countries.

With 25 years of experience partnering with the world’s biggest companies on large, complex enterprise transformations, PC brings a powerful record of accomplishment helping them accelerate revenue, growth, and profitability through strategy, innovation, corporate development, and digital transformation.

PC is a positive force to his clients, teams, and community at large. His secret to having some of the highest customer satisfaction ratings has as much to do with his problem-solving and business acumen as his empathy for people and lifelong learning. He is also a big advocate for the next generation, not only by coaching and mentoring future leaders, but also by promoting youth STEM programs and serving in the Dallas/Fort Worth Retail Executive Association and the Texas Workforce Commission Chairman’s Tri-Agency Workforce Council, where he is helping to close the skills gap and create economic opportunities in the Lone Star State.
