Biography
Tiffany Brown is being recognized as a leader in the consumer and retail industries for the second consecutive year. Ms. Brown is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement (CPI) in Atlanta. She leads CPI’s CFO Services practice, partnering with Fortune 1000 companies to execute transformational initiatives that fuel growth, optimize costs, and create high-performing organizations.
With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Brown has advised clients across various industries, including consumer packaged goods and retail, focusing on finance strategy, reporting and analytics, enterprise data management, and finance technologies. She owns two patents for digital solutions that accelerated value for her clients’ transformation journeys.
Before joining A&M, Ms. Brown worked at Accenture for over 21 years in several leadership roles. Select client examples throughout her career include developing an AI solution to automate cash forecasts at a Fortune 50 retailer and implementing a new financial planning and analysis solution that delivered $85 million in value for a global consumer packaged goods company.
Ms. Brown holds a BBA in accounting from Widener University and an MBA from Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. She has served on the board of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights and has presented at industry conferences for Gartner, FEI, and CFO Roundtable. She has published on CFO-agenda topics and diversity in finance.
