Biography
Rahul Krishnarao is a Partner in the Global Consulting Practice and leads TCS’ Global Value Advisory offering. This is a unique practice that deals exclusively with the C-suite and Board of Directors of the Fortune 500 and privately-owned companies to unlock business value from large and complex business transformations. He serves as a trusted advisor to these executives as they solve their biggest challenges and navigate the complex dynamics of growth and transformation.
With over 25 years of experience, Rahul has held leadership roles in public and executive leadership roles in privately-owned businesses. His team of value consultants and finance professionals have advised some of the largest financial services, energy, and retail companies, consistently delivering on value creation through revenue growth, cost take-out and working capital reduction through transformation programs.
Rahul has extensive experience in corporate transformation & performance improvement, with a focus on strategy, operating model design, customer experience, digital transformation, data and analytics. He has deep expertise in leading large-scale transformation programs enabled by technology across business operations, supply chain, and the back-office / shared services. He advances his clients’ growth and transformation agenda by placing Value at the center and emphasizing People and Data as strategic assets.
Outside of TCS, he has served as a board member for the South East Asia Leadership Academy (SEALA) and is a member of the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF). He holds an MBA in Strategy from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from Christ University.
