Nicole Bodack is a seasoned management consulting executive with over 20 years of experience advising top-tier financial institutions across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America. Based in Singapore, she specializes in strategy, management advisory, and technology-enabled transformation across Banking, Wealth Management, and Capital Markets.

Nicole currently leads Accenture’s Banking & Capital Markets industry group for APAC and heads the firm’s Financial Services Strategy & Consulting practice in Southeast Asia. She partners with C-suite leaders to help shape and execute transformation agendas that modernize operating models, unlock new growth opportunities, and drive measurable outcomes.
