Kelly is a Director at Baringa Partners where she forms part of the leadership team in the Supply Chain, Procurement and Sustainability practice. Kelly primarily focusses on advising her clients to successfully navigate the complex digital procurement market, excels at helping them unlock value from their investments, and consistently challenges the status quo by exploring how the next wave of innovation will impact procurement practitioners. She is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible today, ensuring her clients stay ahead of the curve.

In addition, Kelly brings a wealth of expertise in advising her clients in securing future-proofed and commercially sustainable arrangements within the wider technology and outsourced services sector. Her strategic insights and forward-thinking approach makes her and her team an invaluable asset when looking to thrive in the digital age.

Before her tenure at Baringa Partners, Kelly was a management consultant at Accenture, where she honed her skills in digital procurement transformation and delved into emerging innovations such as RPA, chatbots, and blockchain. 

Kelly’s primary focus has been on the consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and retail sectors. However, her unique expertise has also attracted clients from the UK public sector, energy and resources, and financial services industries.

Kelly’s career began as part of BP’s procurement and supply chain graduate program, where she gained her core procurement practitioner skills across a range of roles. Notably, she supported BP Shipping in the build of the new fleet, laying the foundation for her impressive career in procurement and supply chain management.
