Jeff Radtke is a distinguished global leader with over 30 years of experience in  business, finance, and technology consulting. As Managing Director and Private  Equity Practice Leader at Spaulding Ridge, he specializes in scaling businesses,  optimizing financial and operational processes, and driving strategic growth. A  trusted advisor to CFOs and CIOs, Jeff excels in solving complex business  challenges, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering measurable  results across multiple industries, domains, and associated technologies.  

With expertise spanning consulting practice development, digital transformation,  governance, and process optimization, Jeff has built and led high-performing teams  across the U.S., India, Dubai, the UK, and Canada. He has successfully scaled  operations, integrated acquired businesses, and worked closely with private equity  investors to turn underperforming companies into high-value acquisition targets.  Additionally, Jeff has partnered with business founders to successfully scale and  exit ventures.  

Beyond his professional achievements, Jeff is passionate about mentorship and  thought leadership. He has authored multiple publications on financial strategy,  technology adoption, and corporate performance. He previously served on the  board of UpBeat Music and Arts and is the Executive Sponsor of the SR Mental  Health Alliance for 2025. He was also a featured speaker at SR Women Elevate  sessions in India and the Philippines. Prior to joining Spaulding Ridge, Jeff served as  Chief Operating Officer at Silverline.
