Biography

“Ira Gaberman is a Senior Partner in the London office of Kearney.  He is a member of the global leadership team of Kearney’s Strategy, Growth & Organization Transformation Practice, and is the Head of the SG&OT Practice in Europe.  Ira is also a member of Kearney’s overall Europe Leadership Team.

A former M&A lawyer, Ira has been in consulting with Kearney for over 25 years, with a long track record of helping companies future-proof their business, translating strategic opportunities into organizational readiness, and helping leaders be brave together in taking forward the often hard, complex changes required to capture the value potential.  He is an expert in strategy translation, organization re-design and optimization, leadership team development, and large-scale whole of enterprise transformation.

Ira works closely with leading companies in many sectors including financial services, consumer goods, telecommunications, and health, and operates extensively across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

He helps oversee Kearney’s Chief Strategy Officer, Chief People Officer, and Chief Transformation Officer Roundtables, and has authored or co-authored of many of Kearney’s methodologies and frameworks.”
