Biography
Harvind Raman is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where he co-leads the Technology Go-To-Market team within the Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) practice. He specializes in large-scale enterprise transformations, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and operational due diligence, and post-merger integration. With 15 years of consulting and industry experience across TMT, industrials, and airlines, Raman has expertise in assisting private equity firms and corporations with M&A, carve-outs, growth, and cost transformations.
Raman most recently led the growth transformation effort of a $250 million cybertech company and strategic advisory/M&A for a $700 million leading enterprise software company. In the last 5+ years, Raman has driven numerous value creation programs for private equity portfolio companies in the software sector and led several large enterprise growth and cost transformation efforts in software, adtech, educationtech, healthtech, martech, UCaaS, live entertainment sectors. Raman specializes in organizational transformation, R&D optimization and go-to-market effectiveness from a functional expertise.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Raman was at AlixPartners in the TMT group in the Enterprise Improvement practice.
