Biography

Fredrik de Maré is a Vice President at DBI Network, a global consulting network of specialized firms, technical experts and industry-leading independent advisors specializing in operational strategy, product and service innovation, and supply chain transformation services. Based in San Francisco, he has 25 years of management consulting experience advising clients on a range of complex operational topics including supply chain strategy, supply chain risk management, and operational performance improvement. His sector expertise spans across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and technology industries. Over the course of his career, de Maré has worked with numerous clients on a global basis to mitigate critical supply chain risks and drive transformational improvements to their supply chain operations. 

Prior to joining DBI Network, de Maré served as a senior managing director in the business transformation practice of FTI Consulting. He was previously a partner at Arthur D. Little, leading its San Francisco office. Earlier, de Maré spearheaded pharma supply chain risk management services as a partner at PwC’s healthcare practice following its acquisition of PRTM where he had served as a partner in the firm’s supply chain practice. He received a B.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
