Biography
Christiana is an experienced technology leader with a demonstrated background working in and supporting the healthcare industry. Over her career she’s led EMR implementations, clinical analytics capture & adoption, and launched population health solutions for care management and nurse triage within large hospital systems. The work that Christiana does within Avanade is facilitated by this technical experience and her strong belief that healthcare should feel like care.
Christiana’s passion for personalized patient experience is informed largely by her own experience as a person who has Rheumatoid Arthritis and as a Mom, a Wife, and a Daughter. The role care and personalization can play to improve outcomes is accelerated, scaled and made possible through technology.
Christiana speaks and advises healthcare leaders at industry conferences including HIMSS, Healthcare IT Institute and NGPX discussing the topics of patient experience, health equity and access, home health and more. She has been quoted in Healthcare IT Today, HIMSS TV and is the author of five blogs.
