Biography
Cat is a Partner at Argon & Co, a global leader in operations strategy and transformation with over 600 consultants worldwide. She leads the UK Strategy practice, driving Argon & Co’s rapid growth in holistic operational strategy, while continuing to expand its core functional delivery. Argon & Co takes a unique, collaborative approach to consulting—working closely with clients to co-create solutions, implement them, and drive real, sustainable change.
An innovative, impact-driven leader, Cat is renowned for turning corporate strategies into actionable, results-focused initiatives. She also launched Connect, Argon & Co’s Strategy and Transformation community, which has attracted over 250 senior business leaders since its launch in 2022, and has now been rolled out globally.
Before joining Argon & Co, Cat was Chief Programme Officer at bp pulse and has held strategic roles at Babylon Health and McKinsey & Co. She holds a first-class degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sheffield and was awarded the prestigious Salters Graduate Award.
