Cassie Pike is the EVP of Strategic Client Partnerships at Cielo, where she is responsible for the growth and advocacy of clients worldwide. With over twenty years of experience in the talent acquisition industry and eight years at Cielo, Cassie collaborates with C-level executives on strategic workforce planning and business transformation initiatives. She is known for developing innovative solutions that effectively leverage human capital and technology to drive value creation.

Cassie has worked with a diverse range of clients, including large hospital systems and global life sciences organizations. Her success stems from her authenticity, collaborative spirit, and ability to plan for the future while delivering outcomes today.

Cassie leads Cielo’s Healthcare Advisory Board and is an active member of The Institute of Healthcare Executives & Suppliers, the Health Management Academy, and The Equity Collaborative. In her free time, she enjoys mentoring emerging leaders and supporting her local community.
