Biography

Abe Doctor is Managing Partner and Global Practice Leader, Professional and Tech Services at ZRG Partners, a global talent advisory firm. Doctor leads ZRG’s Professional and Technology Services practice with nearly 20 years of search experience.

Doctor places CEO, CFO, board, partner, managing partner, and go-to-market leadership roles with his tech-enabled/IT services, professional services, business services, and middle-market private equity clients. He is responsible for establishing global, lasting client relationships and has earned a solid reputation as a trusted talent advisor for some of the largest technology services and management consulting firms and middle-market private equity organizations.

Prior to ZRG, Doctor worked with Korn Ferry, TritonExec, and Krauthamer & Associates. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and an MBA from the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech.
