Biography
Arpan Dasgupta is the Chief Business Officer & Head of Financial Services & Insurance for Tredence Inc. He first joined the company in 2023. Tredence is a global data science solutions provider focused on solving the last-mile problem in AI. In his role, Dasgupta focuses on business growth through digital, care, customer experience, and sales and marketing capabilities, with an emphasis on scalability and automation.
Previously, Dasgupta was a chief practice officer at Fractal and before that a management consultant at Booz & Company. Earlier in his career, he worked with American Express as a risk and marketing analyst.
Dasgupta earned an MBA in finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
