Chinn previously served as Accreditation and Regulatory Officer at Stanford Health Care and held roles with The Joint Commission and California’s Department of Corporations. He holds a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His combination of clinical expertise and process improvement knowledge is expected to support Chartis clients in achieving sustainable cost improvements and stronger quality ratings. Chinn’s leadership is likely to drive measurable impact across both care delivery outcomes and financial performance.
